After building a successful portfolio in France, Pathé made the bold move to sell his assets and reinvest entirely in Senegal. His mission: to raise the standards of luxury living through iconic residences, villas, and landmark developments.
Known for his ability to turn vision into execution, Paté leads with structure, precision, and decisive action. This relentless drive has established him as one of the most influential young leaders in Africa, an entrepreneur whose work is not only transforming an industry but redefining what’s possible for a continent.
Challenges
1. Booked & busy
Managing over 500 employees and collaborators, he had little to no time to dedicate to building his personal brand. His focus was entirely on running and expanding his businesses.
2. International lifestyle
Based in Dakar, Senegal, and frequently traveling to Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, his mobility made consistency a challenge.
